STOCK PLAN INFORMATION

All stock plans are pre-designed to the Florida Building codes and are ready for truss layouts then submittal to your engineer or architect for sign and seal. 

Please note: Sign and seal of plans is not provided by LT Drafting, Inc. and is not included in these prices.

All prices reflect reduced pricing as long as there are no changes to the plans. 

Sheds and garages are priced at a flat rate of $200.00 for a complete set of pre-designed plans.

All other stock plans are priced at .18 cents per square foot (based on total square footage) for a complete set of pre-designed plans.

Stock plans that are ordered will be delivered within 72 hours of payment receipt.  Please contact our office for payment arrangements.  We can mail and/or email the plans to you in pdf format or dxf format.

Please note:
Modifications are allowed on the stock plans; however, any changes made to the stock plans do incur additional fees.  These additional fees can be quoted prior to changes.
